Outdoor, In Studio, or Online
Each private session is customized for the individual needs of the student or, in some cases, students for a small group private. We can focus our time outside the class setting on specific postures, areas of the body, or a more generalized sense of grounding and dropping in. These specialized one on one sessions allow us to slow down, talk about both asana and the roots of yoga, and find appropriate modifications and support for the body.
